VanTastic Posted November 14, 2015 Share Posted November 14, 2015 Hi, I have my Dualshock 3 connected via bluetooth to my Macbook, upon starting Don't Starve the controller is recognised as a generic one therefore the buttons are displayed as 1, 2, 3, etc. which I find quite confusing. So I was wondering is there's a way to make it display PS buttons just like on the PS4 version. And thanks for any help ! VanTastic Posted November 15, 2015 Author Share Posted November 15, 2015 Ok I got it to work so for future reference I'll put it here:1) Download these 2 mods: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=391918434http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=304728134&searchtext=xbox2)Follow the instructions to install them correctly3)Go to: /users/<youruser>/Library/Application Support/Steam/Steam Apps/common/dontstarve/dontstarve_steam.app, right click on that and then show contents, and then in the content folder you should see the mods folder and you'll want to open up "workshop-391918800"4) Open "modmain.lua" with Textedit, delete its content and replace it with this: http://pastebin.com/nmVHXCqd#And voila, you'll have Playstation style buttons displayed now !
