Mod won't work when your not host

Hi iv'e been recently creating a mod and I am almost done but for some reason it won't work for the client on my server. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

client_only_mod = true, needs to be false @devon7600,

It still seems to not work even though I have client_only_mod=false. Could there be some other reason? It's only the hat that doesn't work for clients everything else works for clients and host

@devon7600, the hat was made from the single player files; you will need to recreate it using the multiplayer files.

Thanks i already figured that you had to have some more thing in there and fixed it myself but thanks for the help.
