KeyValues Error

Anyone get this when trying to make a dedicated server? Trying to get caves setup/get my dedicated world running, as far as i can tell it hasnt actually started the game?

Hi, thanks for the reply! Tried reinstall, didnt help :( Tried pulling out all the files from the server folder except for the settings.ini & server_token.txt & let it gen a new world. It generated one, but did not go any further. below is my settings.ini and also reposted what the output was when i regenerated the world.

Additionally, i reran it in a standalone command prompt and trhen did ctrl-c when it got to the same sticking spot as before and it said:
