Issue Title: Two Unique Accounts Playing On The Same Machine, Utilizes Same Host Game Save Slots

Issue Description:

In the recent updates wherein Skins have been semi-released, I decided to ask for my brothers game account since he hasn't played it in a while so I could get the possible drops for him in the mean time.

Upon opening the game in his account, I noticed that the host game save slots are all still occupied by the game saves I had played with on my own account.

How I think it should be, all accounts on the same machine utilizes it own sub folder of game saves for each unique account.

If this isn't a bug, sorry for wasting your time. Cheers.

Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open game with the first account.

2. Create a world in any of the save slots.

3. Close game.

4. Login second steam account.

5. Open game.

6. Click host game, and notice the world you saved on the first account is still there.
