server not showing on other PC and dosent respond on mine.

hey there,

I started a dedicated server to play with my friends and when I try to log into it it says its not responding furthermore other players cant see it with there pc. pleas healp

Steam ports have nothing to do with it. Also, I believe he posted both settings.ini in one of his previous threads.

Are you sure the firewall is configured properly? It's the only explaination since you're saying the server is not responding.

@ToNiO55, you didn't read the logs closely:
- Both of the servers have different ports for steam servers set, I'm pretty sure they only handle steam related stuff (like sending steamids to recent players in steam overlay) and shouldn't block players from connecting.
- There are no issues with connection between master and slave server, everything is in the log, the only issue is that firewall is blocking the server (or something else).
If there were issues those messages wouldn't appear in the logs:

Trust me, my local master and slave servers have no steam ports set in settings, both get same error in the log, have only firewalled server ports and work fine and are accessible from the internet.

I agree with you for the port opening problem on the router, because he can't connect on the server
 

but for the rest I just thought this could also make same problems of connexion

I replied before but I don't have a solution.  Even though in Windows Firewall and my router firewall, they are both forwarded correctly I get that one line saying it can't confirm the port is open.  It has to be something with Windows 8/10 and this dedicated server app.

Find your router IP, type it into your web browser, you'll need your router's username and password which are often generic for a manufacturer, if not on your router its self it can be easily looked up. From there navigate to find port forwarding option, you'll typically need the port range of 10900-13000 open but usually you'll only need two ports in that range.
