Custom character animations problems

Hello everyone,

I started to make my 1'st custom character used this tutorial http://forums.kleientertainment.com/topic/46849-tutorial-using-extended-sample-character-template/ .

I renamed all files, changed information in main menu, replaced some parts of body... Then started game and found, that my character is moving ugly.

I found, that I changed only

\exported\mycharacter\mycharacter.scml

which is file of characters build, searched information on forum and got, that animation could be found in 

\anim

folder in *.bin files, I've downloaded krane from ktools, unzipped bins and got my scml of build again. With no animations.

How could I find my characters animations, such as walking, attacking? What I did wrong?

lots of mods use the default animation build, since u r new to this ,u should just use the default one and try ,dont try to make your own animation at the beginning,if u got the basic sense ,then u can try this out.
