[General] - Application will not go fullscreen

Issue Title: Application will not go fullscreen

Issue Description: When selecting fullscreen in the options menu, it stays windowed. Tried re-installing the game, deleting the config file and it is still an error. Tried editing the setting file manually as well.

Steps to Reproduce: I just chose the fullscreen option in the menu. After applying, it will not go fullscreen.

For some reason, the option for fullscreen is not applying when you do it via options. Try these next steps to see if they work:

1. Go into your Documents folder and open up settings.lua in your text editor. (Documents\Klei\InvisibleInc\settings\settings.lua)
    
2. In the document, look for table [ "bFullscreen" ] = false and change it to table [ "bFullscreen" ] = true
    
3. Save and exit settings.lua - this will apply the change and allow you to start the game in fullscreen.
