Issue Title: Drag and Drop Doesn't Work For Night Vision Item(s) on Dedicated Servers
Issue Description: Hello,

 

THIS IS A GENERAL NIGHT VISION BUG, YOU CAN SEE IT WITH THE MOGGLES.

 

I recently made a mod which leverages the nightvision and colour cubes code in DST. It's basically the Moggles in another form.

I have basically implemented a custom slot for my mod in which certain items are equipped.

Now the night vision item works great on the in game server as I can pickup (auto-equip), right-click and drag and drop the item into the slot and it works.

However, this happens on dedicated servers:

Basically the colour cubes don't update when dragged and dropped.
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Subscribe to http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=496205036 or spawn in Moggles using the console.

2. Join a dedicated server.

3. Drag and drop my item into the custom slot/drag ordrop the Moggles into the normal slot.

Sorry you don't understand.

 

I'm using the Moggles code. Spawn a Moggle in and test it, you should have the same issue.

The moggles have this very issue on dedicated servers.

 

They may not be able to get since cave worms are caves stuff, but still, better to catch this early.
