ThePurplePanda Posted August 3, 2015 Share Posted August 3, 2015 Hi guys, I tried to create a local server, but my friend and I can't see the server we created. No matter if I created it or my friend created it, same problem. My first thought was a network problem, but it seems that both computers can see each other (we can ping ourselves). So the last problem I can see is relative to W10. My friend is still on W7 and I just upgrade to W10. Is there a known problem with the new OS ? ThePurplePanda Posted August 21, 2015 Author Share Posted August 21, 2015 Nevermind, guys, I was just stupid. My firewall wasn't open in private network for Don't Starve Together. If you're experiencing the same issue, just go to the Control Panel, type Firewall. On the left, you will have Allow a program through Firewall. Search for Don't Starve Together in the list and make sure the checkbox is selected for private network. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
