Issue Title: Square occupied by an object in tactical view, empty in normal view

Issue Description: In the attached screenshot, note that the highlighted square is occupied by a cover object in tactical (Alt key) view, while the same square is empty in normal view.

I stumbled upon this bug after moving an agent to a square that looked safe (because the tactical view showed it adjacent to an object) and being surprised to find that a guard saw my agent anyway. After rewinding, I found that I could move my agent into the square that the tactical view showed as occupied.

It seems to be a problem with the tall cabinet-looking objects. There's another one in the same room with a similarly-bugged square next to it.

Steps to Reproduce: Load the attached endless mode save game.

Toggle between the tactical and normal views.

Notice that agents are allowed to move into the square to the left of each cabinet, even though the tactical view shows those squares as occupied by objects.

I found another example of this today. Take a look at these screens. In tactical view, there's a two-square object just below Internationale. In normal view, it's gone. Note that she is allowed to move into those squares.
