DST character convert to DS?

As I'm not really into the modding thing and barely understand any of it, I would like to know if it's possible to somehow transfer a DST mod character into a DS mod character. I'm just in love with some of the DST characters and would love them in DS.

It's definitely much more plausible from the coding perspective than the other way around. Porting from DST to DS should be possible.

 

BUT! Usually DST characters have special traits that are multiplayer-orientated, so they are awkward in DS.

Of course you would have to understand basics. That's like asking whether you need to master the four basic arithmetical operations for being able to rearrange formulas.

 

Due to my inexperience with DST, I can't walk you through this, sorry.

Didn't the guy who made the Whandler mod do this? He made him into a DS character
