Issue Title: Using Luxury fan next to mid to full blazing fire causes instant freeze

Issue Description: If you use the luxury fan next to an active fire pit or a mid size or bigger camp fire causes an instant freeze effect to the character. This can be SEVERELY exploited in summer.

Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create a Luxury Fan

2. Build a fire, or start your fire pit up

3. Use Luxury Fan to extinguish the fire
