Issue Title: Fertilising berry bushes, Grass and Saplings during or after summer

Issue Description: When you have a world full of withered stuff, and there's plenty of rot going around, I have the tendency to fertilize the grass tufts, saplings and berry bushes that are withered outside of my base whilst I'm out exploring during Summer or just after it. The problem that then arrises is that this bush, grass tuft or sapling will then be classed as a dug up one and even though it was not dug up, it will work that way if you fertilize a bush, grass tuft or a sapling which had withered during summer. It will then, when withered again in next summer will not "fertilize itself" as to say even though it is a berry bush, sapling or a grass tuft which was never dug up. This is very and I mean VERY problematic, even more so than the rot-everywhere-because-of-seeds-dropped-by-birds-rotting problem.

Steps to Reproduce: 1) Get into Summer

2) Fertilise a withered berry bush, grass tuft or a sapling which had been generated into the world without being dug up

3) Either wait till the next season and if in the meanwhile the bush/sapling/grass tuft withers and in the next season you can observe that it will not fertilize itself OR wait till the next Summer if in the meanwhile of the first Summer the withered bush/sapling/grass tuft you fertilized does not wither and then in the next season (normally Autumn) after THAT Summer you'll be able to observe that it will not fertilize itself

For some reason, my dug up plants fertilize themselves after summer. My berry bushes still do thin out, and eventually fertilize themselves... for no reason. I don't actually understand it. you get 3 cycles of grass per poop

Are they in your base within the range of your ice flingomatics? Cause the flingomatics do fertilise them when throwing snow at them, but only if theu firstly withered due to summer heat and not due to constant picking.
