Issue Title: Whirly Fan appears in random location on screen
Issue Description: When running around, I noticed a levitating whirly fan on screen. The levitating fan is stuck at a fixed position and only appears when I run with my whirly fan in hand. When I stop, the fan disappears.

The fan in my hand is still displayed correctly.

 

I couldn't get a screenshot since the levitating fan seems to flicker very rapidly.

Steps to Reproduce: unknown
