Local co-op?

Is this a thing? I'd like to play with my fiancee but we only have one computer. I'd prefer to use mouse and keyboard, and her a controller. Is this possible, if so how?

there's a lot of things that doesn't work in a single screen or can be problematic in a splitscreen, maybe this never come true but you can check a multiplayer mod for the singleplayer that allows you to control abigail like a second player, is the best alternative (and functional) for this request, Im afraid you will need 2 machines if you want to play with your friend, a cheap laptop can handle this game, or we can wait for the android version... right?
