0celot
The Microsoft VCR DLL is used for watching movies because the technology is based on old VHS tapes. Just kidding. Sometimes you can't just throw DLL files into system32 and expect em to work. The DLL files have to be 'registered'. But if you install the program that installs the DLL, it's takes care of those details for you. Install the latest version of Microsoft Visual C++ Redestributable. Shirsh
if it Steam, VCRedists should be in "_CommonRedist" folder of Invisible, Inc
orost
Also, if you just downloaded a .dll file from some site and put it in your computer, there is a 99+% chance it was a virus, so you'd better scan your computer.

Grey000
The problem with dll is very common. Some applications or games may need this file to work properly. U may try to load it from here http://fix4dll.com/msvcp110_dll .Then copy it to the installation folder of the application or game, or copy it into the Windows system folder and it should fix the error. It's done.
