1) I guess, that we need medicine and herbs for it. It would be nice to be able to do a first aid kit of some plants.

Would be a nice option. Current system of healing/recovering wounds are all based on Food, with Honey being closest to a First Aid Medicine (healing wounds only).

Someone suggested before "Bandages" - http://forums.kleientertainment.com/showthread.php?1453-Suggestions-Tools-Structures-Creatures-and-Environmen - Which is a good alternative to healing (rather than purely food).

And there's also another "Disease and Poison" suggestion - http://forums.kleientertainment.com/showthread.php?1990-Suggestion-Disease-and-Poison - If it gets discussed, herbs may come into play as well, for recovering from diseases and poisons.

2) Let the stumps will be allowed to sprout the new trees.

Currently it can only be removed with shovel... But yeah, I think I'd like this as well. Maybe, for myself, I'd like it to be a placeholder/interact entity where I can directly plant Pine Cone onto it, so I don't have to mess up my tree planting arrangement (I have a bit of an OCD for that kind of thing in this game).

If its a bandage,

Why not just a plant that heals you,like some sort-of grass,equipped on Body slot,wears out as it heals you.

Also i think tree stumps are OP if they regrow,What would we need pinecones for , then.

Planting pinecone in it sounds indeed like great thing,But

what if they left holes after you dug up the stump wich you could plant pinecone in,it would dissapear after time.

Chalk it up to me wanting a specific kind of item that deals with ONLY with wounds, similarly to Honey. It always struck me a little "way" that I eat Cooked Meat when I'm hungry, and I eat Cooked Meat when I'm wounded (like old Minecraft, before Notch changed it to "Metabolism Healing", where you heal faster with max hunger). And almost every food in the game heals, as well. I honestly want that changed.

If it's a medicinal herb that you grind with a mortar and apply to wound to heal, that would suit the survival theme better. A silk cloth + grind herb "Bandage" that is applied on wound and heals. If you're still wondering why call it "Bandage" - Because the silk cloth is for holding the grind herb in place, and you wrap it around, like a bandage. You can give it another more apt name if you like. (Would be a differently named and imagined "Healing Potion", which is a healing-themed item that's too mainstreamed anyway).

As I say, it's an option to work with. When the Devs update the research system, and the Alchemy Machine is separated into a different mechanic, I'd like to deal with Alchemy stuff, more with healing options.

I'm not advocating the idea that it auto-grow into tree without player-side input, but rather addition input required, even as minor and as similar to the current re-planting of trees. I hardly think that's "Lazy" - If you don't plant Pine Cone, it stays as a Tree Stump, until you dig it out or you plant a Pine Cone onto the stump.

(My old map's forest is 7 rows of 20x5 Length/Breath forest trail shaped like 3 L-shaped with an extension, surrounding my base quite beautifully. If you have a massive self-made thick forest like mine, and only choose to chop down Big Trees, doing something like this would be a major PITA, versus just spam-clicking with the Pine Cones at every available space. But I've already lost that map with the new map generator. It's a funny tree-wall that doesn't work functionally.)

If players dig up the stump and it leaves behind a hole for planting, I'd also prefer to that suggestion. As I said, I have a bit of an OCD for arrangement of my tree gardening, so it's my own preference for that suggestion.

Get pigs.

But if you care..Hmm.........Yeah i guess youre right.A stump leaves hole after it in real life anyways.

Bandages reminds me of Project Zomboid, where the player could take any piece of clothes or beedsheets and tear them into strips that could be used as bandages. For all intensive purposes the players "crafts" the bandages. From what Moonphos suggested the use of cloth and medicinal herbs would craft into a poultice. Perhaps one option for these medicinal herbs could be a nice plant (we could use more plants growing in the wild) or maybe it could be flower petals... after all they're fairly useless (except for bees/beebox).

When used the player character's Health could gradually increase until either the poultice expires or the character is fully healed (100 Health). I do find it odd how eating restores Health, and how you can keep eating even after your Stomach is full. In fact, which eating should restore Health, I would have it so that the player cannot eat anymore once their Stomach is full.

As for trees... I'm fine with the current system.
