Like if you leave the game alt-tabbed for 72 hours do you automatically fast forward to the last mission? Put it on 24 hours, do the first mission, then hit an 11 hour mission, and then wait the rest to see if it happens. In fact, I'm doing that right now. Time to see. The hour just loops over, never going to the next day. Sorry, you can't wait out the timer the slow wait. You gotta do missions to advance.
