How to replace dont_starve folder from steamapps with a backed up one?

I played offline a lot on my old computer and backed up the game on a disc. I now want to get back into those saves. I deleted the current dont_starve and put in the backed up one, but when I start up it does not show me the saves from offline that I pasted in. What do?

Don't need to replace the whole thing, just find this folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\(your steam id)\219740
Replace the remote folder on the new computer with your old computer's and you should be good to go.
