[Client Crash] - DST Beta crashes on startup

Issue Title: DST Beta crashes on startup
Issue Description: As of the time I write this, Don't Starve Together Beta can't even reach the main menu. The mod tools command window runs through all the way, then spits a command about an invalid batch file, then DST beta window shows up for one second, then crashes with the "dontstarve_steam.exe" has stopped working crash message.

The DST Dedicated Server tool also doesn't work properly for me. Verified the file cache, all is well. Oh yes, also, i'm running the rog_together beta branch.

Steps to Reproduce: Yeeeah...no.

 

EDIT: A steam chat with Peter A. revealed that it was a problem with modoverrides.lua. Think I got it fixed.
