when i use scml.exe to compile animations that I have edited using krane to decompile the compiled animations are terribly messed up. some of them add random png from folders that are not even used in the anim.

 

for example i am creating a chester that morphs into a spider hider. I tried to add chesters tongue to the animations. when i compile it there is a lid which was never used anywhere in one of the animations.

 

I read that the github has a better scml.exe but i don't know how to cmake visual what ever the thing.
