Vote Kicking on Dedicated Servers

Would someone explain to me how to initiate a vote kick on a dedicated server? I have searched all over and have yet to find a topic explaining exactly how to initiate a vote kick on a dedicated server. There are discussions concerning it, but everyone involved in the discussion studiously avoids explaining just exactly HOW the vote is initiated. It's as if the process is so overwhelmingly obvious that there is no need to explain it. But I have yet to see it on any dedicated server.

 

Played on a dedicated server yesterday that claimed vote kicking was enabled to remove high ping players from the game. Troll joined the game, purposely died, then over the course of an hour and a half proceeded to burn and demolish every structure they could find. With 12 players in the game, not a single person knew how to initiate a vote kick. Rather frustrating I might say.

@AdrianG, The same way you kick as an admin, the scoreboard (tab by default), clicking the kick button next to someone's name.

 

That being said, I have never seen it actually be used in practice, so I'm not sure it's really functional. It's also not supposed to show up if an admin is present. (it may be non-functional because the "host" entry on the scoreboard is always listed as an admin)

Thankyou,rezicib. Hopefully it becomes functional soon. Really an important feature to offer for dedicated servers. Would also be really nice if it were enabled by default.
