Makao Posted February 22, 2015 Share Posted February 22, 2015 Bug Submission: Category: General Issue Title: Stuck in loading screen Issue Description: My friend gifted me Don't Starve + Don't Starve Together, We can't seem to join each others servers, we tried to make it a open server, friends only server, password protected server but nothing seemed to work. We simply get stuck in a black loading screen and can't cancel loading either. Both our games are clean installs, I already tried reinstalling and restarting my pc but doesn't seem to work. So it looks like you guys are almost completely connecting to each other successfully, but it's just getting stuck as it tries to download the character/session data from the server:[00:25:14]: Downloading [1] From: server/0CF0000E3D8021C4[00:26:57]: Left room 109775241865988101Here's what a successful join should have at that point (from my log):[00:15:24]: Downloading [0] From: server/03700023A32DFBA3[00:15:24]: Download complete[0] Files: 1 Size: 253539So it doesn't seem like it's a networking problem, since everything else seems to work. Hopefully devs will know what's up... Are you on the same network? if so can you play LAN (offline) worlds with each other?
