Switch host among online players

Hey guys, there should be a simple way to switch the host of a specific server, from one player to the other.

 

I was playing with a friend in the last couple of days... played fine for a while, and then it turned out to be that either his ISP, or his PC is not powerful enough to host a server, because i'm having a horrendous amount of lag and he's showing as a bad host.

 

I've looked at several ways of doing this, but none of them seem to work. I haven't tried him sending me his server file, because i've read somewhere that the server files are tied to an account (or at least authenticated or something), and i didn't want to risk me getting banned or something for running another person's server.

 

So, if you know any way of doing this, or if klei think this is possible to implement in some of the soon to come updates, it would be nice.

I don't know how it works exactly,
but I think you can copy the server's
files and put them in a save slot on
another computer. I don't
think Klei's gonna ban you because
you run a server someone else created
(I don't even think they can detect that).

I'm pretty sure someone that knows how
to do this will answer you soon!
