no, it would be abused to the point where people will only need to plant a single berry bush and a make campfire, and besides the hound attacks, they could turn immortal. the game is about being mortal and dieing, not just collecting poop and being a beefalo, always eating, and always waiting. even so, i have found better uses for manure. as i always say, 3 manure a day keeps the grue at bay! :p

I'm against manure being used to instantly grow... anything. My opinion was that manure should instead be used similar to how it functions now for berry bushes, namely to refresh a withered/worn resourced. While a chore, I found that the need to use manure on any farm plot after harvesting slowed down planting crops. I would want it to be taken a step further by having different crops grow at different speeds.

There was an excellent thread about crops where another player suggested that not only should we need to find wild fruits/vegetables in order to collect seeds and grow them ourselves, but that there would be two types of crops. Those that grew and were harvested, then something new was planted in the farm plot. And those crops that could be harvested multiple times within its "growth cycle" before they died out and something new was planted in their farm plot (i.e. tomatoes).

I'm against manure being used to instantly grow... anything.

I've thought of a good idea to make it less OP. It doesn't insta-grow it, it just increases the growth rate. As a return, though, the period of increased growth rate is temporary. And, if the plant is a crop, the more manure used, the less the food heals/fills you. Should I make a new poll for this, or what?
