Moughy
Hi there. So I'm setting up a dedicated server on Debian "jessie", but the server won't start. I've done all the configuration from the wiki, but I recieve the message [screen is terminating] and nothing else happens. I got the same message when I tried to install it to the stable Debian 7 release, so I reinstalled with "jessie" to get rid of the error with the old libc-files. But I keep recieving the same error; [screen is terminating]. Has anyone got any tips?
ToNiO55
Hi, it's works find on my Debian Wheezy 7.8 when i use this in script: screen -dmS serverx_dst ./dontstarve_dedicated_server_nullrenderer -port xxxxx -players xx -conf_dir configs/serverx I not recall having had screen that stops for no reason
Moughy
I still cannot get it to work. But when I use -dmS with screen, instead of just -S, I do not get any error. It just doesn't run.
