Issue Title: Two minor exploits.

Issue Description: Hi Klei. Two minor exploits to report.

(1) Dr. Xu can spike/disable drones through closed doors.

(2) After installing an augment slot at an augment console, my unconscious agent was able to pick up the portable server that was deployed beside her. Unconscious agents shouldn't be able to pick up stuff.

Steps to Reproduce: (1) With Xu, just have a droid on an adjacent tile with a closed door separating them. You will be able to spike it through the door. I haven't checked whether this works with buster chips in the same situation.

(2) Deploy a portable server (I used a portable server III) on an adjacent tile prior to installing an augment slot. Your agent will go down, but will still be able to pick up the server. I haven't checked whether this works with other items besides the server.
