Issue Title: Krampus hisses in warning far too soon, even when Krampus spawning is disabled.

Issue Description: This has started since the most recent update. On five different server worlds, my friend and I have encountered the warning hiss of impending Krampus spawn whenever an innocent animal is killed - even if it's the first animal death in the world so far. It also happens even when Krampus spawning is disabled. We have not yet checked to see if he actually will spawn or not, or if it's just a sound glitch.

Steps to Reproduce: Kill any innocent animal: bird, rabbit, etc, and the hiss will be heard, even if it's the first animal you have killed in the world. It does not matter who is hosting the server or who is making the kills.

The vid will show the spawning being disabled, the world generation, the first kill, and the resulting hiss.
