[Gameplay] - Can't inspect items and *OnDespawn* crash error.

Issue Title: Can't inspect items and *OnDespawn* crash error.

Issue Description: After the last update I've had a very hard time playing DST Beta. It rarely works without crashing. Not to mention I have yet to receive the update, my friends were prompted to download it but I still have not been. But the issue I have is any time I or anyone leaves from my server DST crashes and the error says *OnDespawn* Also when I try to inspect anything in the world for example cut grass, all it says is "Haunt Grass" I can't go through worm holes or do anything that involves interacting because it just says "Haunt ___" I use character mods but I've went through several and every character has that same issue which leads me to believe I may have an issue.

Steps to Reproduce: The *OnDespawn* error happens to me when I or anyone leaves my server. The "Haunt ___" issue I don't know. I've never seen it happen and I have no idea why it just started, but my friends don't have the issue.

Hey Rebelicious - sorry you're having trouble. Have you tried right clicking on the game in your Steam library and selecting "Properties" and then clicking on the "Local Files" tab and clicking the "Verify Integrity of Game Cache" button? That should ensure that you're up to date. It's also possible that your character got into a bad state when it crashed. Can you try that and let us know if you're still having difficulties? Thanks.
