port open but can not confirm open in log

Hello. 

 Just wondering how many people have this issue.

   The ports are open according to a few programs that checked for me  i'm using port 10998 and have tried 10999 but the log never shows it as open like port forward shows i tried the same on laptop also same issue im using a clear modem i have other ports open for programs and they seem to work fine i even turned off both windows and Routers firewall still with the same error and  no anti virus software is running.

I also have it. I also have problems with half the things I use to check if a port is open.

 

Maybe the firewall check is not reliable?
