Issue Description: I have posted troublesome matters of my own as bug reports 4 times before. I cannot star topics and I cannot reply to any posts, so, basically, I cannot download anything at all, so I cannot mod characters. Please I really want to mod characters... Steps to Reproduce: I have been told to validate my account on the forum, if so, the guides here found have been not helpful or even clear at all on how to do that; I have resent for validation ffour times to no avail. Check your spam folder.
