Suggestion: Different colors for the same characters (i.e., 3x Wilsons)

Since people can choose the same character in DST, it can be difficult to tell who is who.

 

The last game I played, two friends both picked the Librarian.  It is inconvenient to point your mouse at them to identify them. 

 

I would like to suggest a set (6?) of distinct colors for each character, to make it easier to identify who is who. 

 

Perhaps these colors can highlight around the edges of the characters, like an aura (gradient to transparent, or sharp and bold). Or the color can glow beneath their feet. Or have a symbol or colored circle floating above them, but not visible to the character himself, but only to the other players.

 

Basically, something to help quickly identify a player with their character.

Maybe they could change the color of the clothes, would be the best option.

Problem with that is the body is covered up by what you are wearing, such as a log suit or winter coat.
