OzzyMandice
Hi! I'm having a small problem with Don't Starve Together. Apparently, when I click "Play" on the menu, it can't find the servers even though my sister, who is in the same room, can find the servers. I'm also not having any internet problems, although I do think it has something to do with account creation. When I first tried to create an account, it gave me a Bad Gateway error, and I don't know how to get back to the screen where I can create one. Does anyone know how to fix this? RobotRave
Same problem. This needs to be fixed. My brothers account works fine but when I try to play on the exact same computer it does not work. OzzyMandice
Good news! I've fixed the problem at hand. My sister, re-downloaded the game for me last night since I went to sleep quite early. When I first woke up, I launched the game only to redo the account registration and have it send me the e-mail it never did! Anyways, all you need to do is re-download the game and it should work. ioEther
I'm having this issue as well. I've re-installed the game. Exited any and all programs that may be interfering with the ports or whatnot. Anyone have any ideas? btw, if you need my log I can post it. ioEther
Update to my last post, cause I can't find the edit button. Check Windows firewall (not that it's turned on), along with every other program/firewall I can think of. It's not on my end. Also When I boot up the game in the bottom right corner it tells me that Steam is online. So that tells me that it's not being blocked out by anything. rezecib
btw, if you need my log I can post it. That might help. There are a few unsolved issues with connecting, but this could either expose a new one or provide more support for an existing one. Regarding firewall/antivirus, though, some people were saying that disabling the antivirus wasn't enough, but they actually had to uninstall it (this has been said for Comodo and Norton, at least). ioEther
It's all good now. Sadly had to uninstall Comodo... D: But it's worth it. Thanks Rezecib! rezecib
If uninstalling works, there's probably some way to get it to work while it's installed. I'm not familiar with Comodo, but if anyone else has gotten DST to work with Comodo, feel free to chime in with some details Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/47789-problem-with-connecting/#findComment-598085 Share on other sites
