Issue Title: Resolution change doesn't work

Issue Description: I can't change resolution when it's fullscreen already. First, I need to change it to windowed mode, then change resolution, then apply fullscreen mode again, just then it works. Obviously it should change it when you just click "Apply" button.

Steps to Reproduce: Pretty much self-explained

1. Fullscreen mode

2. Change resolution

3. Press "Apply" button

4. Nothing happens

5. Change back to window mode

6. Change resolution

7. Select fullscreen mode

8. Press "Apply" button

9. Just then resolution changes
