Complete a mission2. 5thHorseman Posted December 10, 2014 Share Posted December 10, 2014 I noticed this too. It seems that this starts after he offers you an item, perhaps when you don't buy it. Next mission, he offers nothing but the Incoming Message flashes. No sound effect, though.
