Issue Title: Abigail wondered off

Issue Description: I died fighting a ghost as Wendy, with Abigail summoned, my friend (played WX) revived me with a telltale heart and Abigail never returned, even when I went to my body. Abigail came back when we relogged back in.

Steps to Reproduce: I don't know if its that "repeatable" as I had this happen by chance in vanilla at some point previously, but:

1. Be Wendy

2. Die as Wendy with Abigail summoned, possibly from Ghost

3. Have friend respawn you with tell tale heart.

4. Go back to get stuff to see Abigail float away.

5. Log off.

6. Relog.

This happened to a friend today.
When Wendy dies with Abigail summoned, Abigail wanders off. (killer does not need to be a ghost)
When Wendy is revived, Abigail does not return to following Wendy, but instead continues to wander around.
You should be able to get Abigail turned back into a flower if you get her killed, but that's inconvenient.

I know this has nothing to do but i didn't see any related post

Chester usually get's left behind when you walk on a road or anyhow faster than him, and he doesn't ever come back or show on the map until you backtrack and come into his sight once more

I thought this has been fixed though. I've not tested it recently.

EDIT: Although, on topic. I did notice when I got "aggro" from a baby beefalo Abigail went off and kept chasing him. I tried to run off a few screens and get her to follow me, but she kept getting mad at him and staying in that area. This didn't stop till i ran in between them and separated them (pushing her away and making the baby run away another direction). Might of just been bad luck on my part *shrug* Just an observation!
