Zillvr Posted December 4, 2014 Share Posted December 4, 2014 Yes, if your maximum health has decreased, to regain them you can use Booster Shots. They are under the Survival Items Tab along side healing salve, honey poultice, etc. Boosters adds 20hp to your max health. I do not think you can increase your health higher than your character's normal health. There are other options to regain health by being resurrected by other ways. i.e. Resurrection Stone, Life-Giving Amulet, Effigies etc. But I do not know the specifics on how much life they can regain.
