I was recently in a level where I had six mainframe devices all within range of data blast. I used it, and my PWR reserves dropped from 17 to zero. Sounds like a bug, though I tried to reproduce it on the live game and could not, so there is some other part to it. Can you send us your save game file to help us track the bug down?
