Issue Title: Rabbits Can Walk Through Walls

Issue Description: In a world that I host, we've made a rabbit pen using stone walls, with one grass wall as a door. We imprisoned 24 rabbits in there. We found that if a ghost floats around (without haunting) the captive rabbits, the rabbits run away from the ghost in alarm and some rabbits actually manage to run right through the stone walls and out into the open.

Steps to Reproduce: 1. Build a pen using stone walls.

2. Put a number of rabbits inside.

3. Have a ghost float around the rabbits to make them run at the stone walls.

4. Enjoy the Great Bunny Houdini trick.

I’ve now joined up the koalefant pen with the rabbit pen, since the rabbit pen isn’t holding rabbits in. But before, when the rabbit pen was contained, the rabbits were running through the wall Wilson is standing next to, towards the firepit.

Do you think it could be because they are so small, that they go in between the walls? I mean, That's happened to me before.

Don't think so, because in single-player Don't Starve and in RoG, my rabbits never walk through the walls of their pens.

But then maybe DST has magic bunnies!  :friendly_wink:
