It happens when I play from my windows 10 preview running on "parallels" on iMac. Developer MarkL Posted October 28, 2014 Developer Share Posted October 28, 2014 Thank you for the info. This error comes up when we are not able to write the map cache to disk. I'll try to grab a copy of Windows 10 and see if we have new file IO issues to deal with. If you can run the game in administrator mode, that may help. Edit: Can you try it using Bootcamp, just to rule out parallels? bimobazinga Posted November 10, 2014 Author Share Posted November 10, 2014 I have to say, I managed to install windows 10 on boot camp and the game worked like a charm joining servers. Unfortunately I deleted the parallels version, so can't tell if this was due to game update or if really parallels sucks!
