LineLiar Posted October 22, 2014 Share Posted October 22, 2014 Bug Submission: Category: General Issue Title: Chat message clears when pressing U Issue Description: Sometimes when pressing U you might experience your chat message clearing while you don't want to. For example when you want to type: 'I like you'. At the end of the message where U has to be, it clears the whole message and does not put U in the bar. You just can't write any messages with a U in it. Steps to Reproduce: I am not 100% sure. I believe it happened when I pressed U to whisper, and then when I tried to make a message again it wouldn't let me use U again. This is not all the time as far as I know, but is very annoying. You are able to fix it by restarting the game, but it's very annoying to constantly restart the game if you chat a lot. This makes the game not realize CTRL has been released, so when you press 'u' it sees CTRL-U which clears the chat line. A quick fix when it happens is to press and release the CTRL key.
