Make pigs eat food from chests

I think that a hungry pig men should be able to just come to your chest and (steal) eat any food that is stored in a chest near them. That way players are discouraged from storing food in chests near pigs or bringing an army of pigs near the player's base.

What do you think? Is it a good idea?

If a pig eats just 1-5 things instead of emptying all your chests it would be a good idea.
