Issue Title: Filter Gets Saved But Doesn't Apply

Issue Description: When I set a server filter (for example, set passworded servers to "no"), then quit to the main menu and go back to the server list, the filter is kinda saved but it's not applied. See (again, unlisted) video for details!

Steps to Reproduce: Go to server list.

Set a filter.

Go back to main menu.

Go back into server list.
