Issue Title: WX-78 doesn't retain upgrade after server disconnect.

Issue Description: Not too sure of this has been reported or not. However after eating gears to upgrade WX-78 stats, you get to keep them until you disconnect from the server. Apparently it does not save his new stat gain, because once you reconnect or restart the server his upgraded stats are wiped clean.

Steps to Reproduce: 1. Select WX-78 as your charchter.

2. Eat some gears to upgrade your stats.

3. Disconnect from the server.

4. Restart/Rejoin server.
