rezecib Posted October 7, 2014 Share Posted October 7, 2014 Bug Submission: Category: Gameplay Issue Title: Telltale Hearts and Effigies don't interact properly Issue Description: The expected behavior of a heart is that upon being revived with it, you permanently lose 40 max health. Effigies do the same, when you make one. These are expected to be additive, so one effigy and one heart-revival means 80 lost max health. What I've been seeing now is that when revived with a heart, you have all the effigy penalties added to you regardless of who built them (although the builder doesn't get them added again). Upon using the effigies to revive (instead of hearts), you can get those penalties removed. Steps to Reproduce: Player A build a meat effigy (or two, this will double its effect). Player A now has -40 max health. Player B dies, and Player A resurrects them with a telltale heart. Player B now has -80 max health, or -120 if there were two effigies. Player B dies again, and resurrects with a meat effigy. Player B now has -40 max health (or -80 with two, I think...).
