Issue Title: Using 1 amulet to revive 2 ghosts.
Issue Description: 2 players on my server have died and i only had one Life Giving Amulet. I set it on the ground and both dead players went for the amulet at the same time. They used it and it revived them both, playing the amulet revive animation and displaying the resurrected messages.

Another thing that happened is that a ghost player has used an amulet and i gave him a Telltale Heart at the same time and it revived him, but consumed both revive items.
Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2 players must die.
2. Set Life Giving Amulet on ground.
3. Make both dead players interact with the amulet simultaneously.

3. Give a Telltale Heart to a player that is in the process of reviving with said amulet.
