Issue Title: Game does not end turn

Issue Description: A turrent killed the detention center captain and the game does not finish the round. After restarting the game i got a bug report and had to start the lvl again.

Steps to Reproduce: INVISIBLE, INC. branches/EarlyAccess_Sept16.112392 USER '71941008@steam'

OS: Windows (WOW64).6.1.1DB1
