Issue Description: Subj. Probably related with this report - http://forums.kleientertainment.com/topic/40546-gameplay-parasite-activates-deamon-after-emp/?hl=parasite . Not sure if it's a bug or intended behavior. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Use Parasite on drone. 2. Hack drone with another program. 3. Wait until drone reboots. 4.
