Bug Submission:

Platform: PC
Issue Title: [update 2] Labyrinth Daemon effect not displayed immediately
Issue Description: Hacked a camera drone with the Labyrinth Daemon and my agents' AP did not appear reduced until i took an action.
Steps to Reproduce: Trigger the Labyrinth Daemon (on a camera drone?)
