Celicni Posted July 7, 2014 Share Posted July 7, 2014 Pun in title intended.1) Why does my thermal stone work differently when in backpack and my regular inventory? When I had it in the inventory (during autumn) it started sucking my heat and went yellow without any fire nearby, lowering my temperature (I have a mod for viewing temperature and other stuff) to like 45 C. But then I put it in the backpack and it started going up insanely fast, I think I reached 60 C in like half a minute and actually started overheating.2)If I burn a just planted tree, will it drop charcoal? I haven't noticed much of a difference where the Thermal Stone is being held, as long as it's held by the player.2) Nope, they turn into ash. StayUpThere Posted July 7, 2014 Share Posted July 7, 2014 1. I never noticed this maybe because I never use mods. All I know is in the summer the heat stone gets hotter in the winter it gets cooler. There is a way to make it either hot using a fire or cold by putting it in an ice box. 2. Also I just confirmed it because I never tried before but you do get ash and NO charcoal.
